Its a rotting day today.
Woke up and washed up.
Read the newspapers (Mind and body section. yesterday's).
Packed closet.
Cooked lunch.
Wrote summary for my mum.
Watched Zack and Cody.
Brother came back.
RUSHED out of the house.
And straight to the dentist and 3minutes to late.
But the nurse tell me eat dinner first.
So I ate dinner.
Went back to the clinic.
And had retainers on my mouth.
And scaling of the teeth.
RETAINERS are WORSE than BRACES.
For those who are wearing retainers, I'm sure you'll agree with me.



SLP tomorrow. Will not be going to church tomorrow but will go on Sunday.
And I know my life is boring.
And I'm a lazy person. ):
